They have blocked my account without notifying me and for no reason, I give them all the requested documentation the same day of the blocking and they take almost 2 weeks to unblock me and then they unblock me and after a week they have blocked my account again and again without notifying me and for no reason... now they do not respond or unlock the account even though they have all the requested documents in their possession for weeks... a shameful bank, I would not recommend it even as a joke
Deutsche Bank leaves a lot to be desired. To solve a procedure, which in other banks lasts a week, I have been here for 2 months and with no forecast of being resolved. Very unhappy with this bank.

THE DEUTSCHE BANK COMPUTER SYSTEM IS ABOVE THE ORDER OR REQUEST OF THE CUSTOMER WHO WANTS TO PAY THEIR RECEIPTS, PRIORITIZING THEM, IT CANNOT BE DONE.
IT SEEMS SERIOUS TO ME, THEREFORE I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ENTITY TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO HAVE A MORTGAGE SINCE THEY PRIORITIZE THE DAY OF COLLECTION OF THE MORTGAGE ANY OTHER RECEIPT, EXCEPT THE ONE THAT IS APPROPRIATE, CAUSING YOU TO BE LEFT, EVEN WITHOUT MONEY TO GENERATE DEFAULTS AND EVERYTHING. WHAT FOLLOWS THIS ACTION...

I've been trying to get hold of them by phone for months and it's impossible. You turn on the computer and it's supposed to happen to someone and they never catch it. The trick is to say that you want to open an account or deposit €10,000. They catch you on the first ring. That's how painful
